A collection of our work.

Mountain AirBnb

This was a fun project taking an existing garage with a loft and turning it into a 1200 sq/ft short term rental space. The biggest issues was getting water and plumbing connected to the main house. Once that was done, it was just about leveling the floor, framing, sheet rocking, flooring and designing.

Outdoor Spaces

From creating ponds, flagstone patios and raw timber stairs from scratch, there isn’t much that we haven’t tackled.

Guest Bathroom Indian Hills

This bathroom project was interesting because we needed to add a shower, move the toilet, the sink and the door. So we added an additional 2 feet to the actual room and changed the entrance so that it was no longer in the guest bedroom.

Covid Pantry

During the Pandemic of the early 2020s, we got bored and decided to install an enclosed, stand alone pantry on the main floor of the house. It required repositioning some stairs and searching Pinterest for some design inspirations.

Lower Bathroom

This project was challenging because we had to tie in the main plumbing stack to the garage conversion. Once that was done, we left the shower, removed a old pantry closet to make about 6 more square feet into this already tiny 3/4 bath.

Guest Bathroom Sioux Falls

Our first road trip remodel. A friend in Sioux Falls, SD needed their lower bathroom refreshed. So we gutted, built a shower, laid flooring and shiplap walls. Installed new fixtures.

Guest Bathroom Conifer Mountain

This project grew from a simple refresh to a full remodel. The bathroom was very dark and closed in. Taking out the bathtub enclosure and wall made things significantly better. Not to mention the choices of tile and fixtures.
